• Wet Distillers’ Grains with Solubles (WDGS): A high-protein animal feed that supports local cattle operations while minimizing agricultural waste.
• Distillers’ Corn Oil (DCO): A crucial ingredient in biodiesel production, contributing to cleaner fuel alternatives.
• Biogenic CO2 Utilization: Our participation in the Trailblazer CO2 Pipeline will enable long-term carbon sequestration, reducing emissions and supporting sustainable ethanol production.

• Carbon Capture and Sequestration (CCS): In 2022, we implemented CCS technology to significantly lower our carbon footprint. By 2025, our plant will be among the top 10% of U.S. ethanol facilities equipped with this system, positioning MAAPW as a leader in sustainable biofuel production.
   
• Efficient Production: Our facility grinds approximately 16.5 million bushels of corn annually, yielding:
  • 48 million gallons of high-quality ethanol
  • 400,000 tons of Wet Distillers’ Grains with Solubles (WDGS)
  • 16.5 million pounds of Distillers’ Corn Oil (DCO)
  • 140,000 metric tons of Biogenic CO2
