Brandon Reynolds joined Mid America Agri Products – Wheatland (MAAPW) in April 2025 as Plant Manager, bringing more than two decades of experience in personnel management and operational leadership. Since joining the team, he has already made a meaningful impact by enhancing safety and efficiency across plant operations.
Before MAAPW, Brandon spent five years with Green Plains in Shenandoah, Iowa, and previously owned and managed a trucking business. He also held a managerial role at a farm service company specializing in spraying and fertilizing operations.
Brandon’s hands-on leadership and dedication to continuous improvement are essential to the ongoing success of MABE/MAAPW. He is passionate about building strong teams and advancing operational excellence across the plant.
